Specifically, the Accent XL can be used to treat many areas around the face. We can decrease the jowls, to give a more defined jawline; lift the cheek to diminish the nasolabial lines and the marrionette lines; tighten skin to decrease wrinkles around the eyes and in front of th ears.  Additionally, we can tighten loose skin around the neck and reduce that stubborn under chin fat collection.  

Facial Skin tightening is appropriate for men and women of all skin types and skin tones who wish to achieve results without painful surgery and lengthy recovery times. Accent uses a bipolar treatment hand-piece that provides skin tightening and reduces wrinkles. The heat generated causes collagen contraction and stimulates collagen production by fibroblasts. This leaves skin with a youthful, healthy appearance.

Depending on the size of the treated area, a treatment may take up to 45 minutes. The treatment causes little or no discomfort. Following each treatment, you can immediately resume normal activities. Some results may be seen immediately, but best results areafter the 3rd to 6th treatment.  Generally, four to six treatments at two to three weeks intervals will be required for optimal results.
