Using both modalities, offers the most powerful treatment against cellulite as yet discovered.  Lipodissolve can significantly smooth out the dimpling of cellulite by using medicines that can break down fat cells, thus decreasing fat volume, and dissolve the fibrous bands that tether the skin creating cellulite's orange peel appearance.  The Accent XL tightens the skin and shrinks local fatty areas that can further decrease the dimpling of cellulite.
