With our sun exposure in Colorado, almost everybody has sun damage and an increased risk of skin cancer. Often, these pre-cancerous lesions first appear as flakey or discolored skin evolving to bumps on the skin.

Levulan photodynamic therapy has revolutionized the preventative treatment of the pre-cancers. Now, pre-skin cancers can be treated before they appear to the naked eye, thus, preventing unsightly biopsy or excision scars. In Britain, Levulan is even used to treat some small skin cancers without surgery.
