Hand Veins

As we age, the veins on our hands can become more prominent.  These veins may appear unsightly.  At our clinic we can improve these veins by a simple office procedure (sclerotherapy) without causing any down time.  Some veins of the hand should not be completely removed because they could serve as venous access for medical reasons.  "Blood testing, chemo-therapy and emergency attention."

In addition to prominent veins of the hands, people often develop sunspots on the back of their hands (especially golfers) and possibly some thinning of the fleshy part of the hand, giving a 'boney' appearance.  These conditions can be easily treated with minimally invasive procedures, such as Intense pulsed light treatments and/or dermal fillers.
