Often vein conditions have a medically necessary component, as well as, a cosmetic component (which is not covered by insurance).  We review all treatment options with the patient and will specify which may be covered by insurance and which treatments are considered 'cosmetic' and not covered by insurance. Because of deductibles and service fees not entirely covered by insurance we require deposits before the treatments.  If insurance covers the full cost of the surgery, than the deposit will be returned.
