Dr. Ken Oleszek, M.D., Board Certified Physician, owner and medical director of La Fontaine Aesthetics welcomes you. Whether you're visiting us for a skin treatment, medical aesthetics, body treatments, or vein treatments, we strive to treat our patients with utmost respect and professionalism. Dr. Ken Oleszek, a graduate of the University of Colorado, School of Medicine, finished his Residency in Internal Medicine in 1997. He is a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, International Fellowship in Advanced Aesthetic Science and the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Oleszek dedicates his practice to utilizing high-tech medicine and laser procedures to provide optimal cosmetic enhancement, without surgery and with minimal down-time. Highly trained in laser treatments including laser hair removal, photofacials, Fraxel, MiXto (the Italian Fractional CO2 laser), Leg Vein treatments and Diolite’s facial vessel removal. He specializes in the use of Botox, Dysport, Restylane, Radiesse, Juvederm, Sculptra, liposuction, fat transfer, vein and laser treatments. Dr. Oleszek is also a GAIN trainer in the Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network for Restylane fillers and Dysport anti-wrinkle treatment.

Ryan Burke joined La Fontaine Aesthetics in May 2025, bringing a strong background in medical operation and a passion for delivering an elevated, patient-centered experience. With experience spanning luxury wellness and high-performing aesthetic clinics, Ryan is dedicated to ensuring every patient interaction is seamless, supportive, and welcoming.
As Medical Practice Manager, Ryan oversees the clinic’s daily operations, keeping the team aligned, processes efficient, and standards of care consistently high. He is deeply focused on patient communication, quality of care, and fostering an environment where both patients and staff feel valued.
Outside of the clinic, Ryan enjoys skiing in the Colorado mountains with his husband or taking his dog on extended walks throughout Denver!
Nichole Howell is a registered nurse with a passion for helping patients feel confident, refreshed, and naturally beautiful. She is excited to be part of the team at La Fontaine Aesthetics and looks forward to building meaningful, trust-based relationships with her patients.
Originally from Illinois, Nichole earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2018 and began her career in pediatrics before relocating to Colorado in 2021. She later transitioned into Pediatric Hematology, Oncology, and Bone Marrow Transplant, where she developed a deep appreciation for detail, safety, and compassionate care. Her personal skincare journey in Colorado’s dry climate sparked her growing interest in medical aesthetics.
Nichole earned her certifications in neurotoxins and dermal fillers in 2022 and has continued advanced, hands-on training across injectables, laser, and skin health in a medical spa setting. Her approach is rooted in personalized treatment planning, education, and subtle enhancements that preserve each patient’s natural features.
She believes every patient should feel heard, informed, and cared for throughout their aesthetic journey—and she’s always happy to trade dog photos along the way.
Lindsay is an expert laser technician with over 7 years of experience and has been a valued member of La Fontaine Aesthetics since 2023. She is passionate about delivering exceptional, results-driven treatments using the most advanced aesthetic technologies, helping patients look and feel their best.
Known for cultivating genuine patient connections, Lindsay provides skilled, thoughtful care that keeps patients excited to return for their next visit. She works Mondays and Fridays, spending the rest of her week enjoying time with her family.
Outside of the clinic, Lindsay loves painting and attending live music events as her favorite ways to relax and recharge.
Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, Jazmine Varela has always had a passion for helping others look and feel their absolute best. She earned her esthetics license from Avalon Institute in 2024, where she built a strong foundation in skin health, corrective treatments, and client-centered care.
Driven to expand her expertise and deliver advanced results, Jazmine went on to complete her laser certification at Rocky Mountain Laser College, an opportunity made possible through her role at La Fontaine Aesthetics. She is thrilled to be part of the LFA team and brings both technical skill and genuine enthusiasm to every patient experience.
Jazmine is trained in a wide range of laser technologies, RF microneedling, and advanced skin treatments. She prides herself on creating customized treatment plans for all skin types, focusing on safe, effective, and confidence-boosting results.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Jazmine enjoys staying active at the gym, spending time outdoors with her boyfriend and their three energetic dogs, and making memories with friends and family. Her warm personality, dedication to education, and love for skincare make her a valued member of the La Fontaine Aesthetics team.
Born in the Dominican Republic, Stephany Sanchez moved to the United States in 2016 and has been building her career in healthcare with a strong focus on patient care and clinical excellence. She completed her Medical Assistant training at Concorde Career College, earning her certification in 2022, and has continued to expand her skills within the medical aesthetics field.
Stephany joined La Fontaine Aesthetics in 2025, where she works closely with Dr. Kenneth Oleszek to assist with a wide range of aesthetic procedures. Her role includes preparing patients for treatments, providing intralesional acne injections, delivering thorough pre- and post-procedure care, and helping patients select medical-grade skincare products.
Passionate about medical aesthetics and patient experience, Stephany is committed to creating a comfortable, professional environment while continuing to grow and learn alongside a supportive, collaborative team.
Crystal Ojeda is the welcoming face you’ll often see first at La Fontaine Aesthetics, where she serves as Patient Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from CU Denver, giving her a strong foundation in patient communication, empathy, and support throughout the aesthetic journey.
Crystal is currently enrolled in a BSN nursing program, pursuing her long-term goal of building a career in medical aesthetics. Her role at La Fontaine allows her to gain hands-on exposure to the field she’s passionate about, while learning from an experienced and highly skilled clinical team. She is especially excited to be taking her first steps toward her future aspiration of becoming a nurse injector.
Outside of the clinic, Crystal enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, crocheting, and spending time outdoors with her Goldendoodle puppy. Her warmth, curiosity, and dedication to patient care make her a valued part of the La Fontaine Aesthetics team and a trusted point of contact for our patients.
