Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM, and is closed on weekends.

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not included when calculating the 48-hour notice period.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than the required 48 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $150–$1000, depending on the deposit and treatment reserved.

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled online without charge when the required notice is provided. If you are within the 48-hour cancellation window, please call our office directly.

Larger Procedures: For larger procedures, including but not limited to, NeckTite, Liposuction, and Laser Resurfacing, please contact our office directly to discuss cancellation or rescheduling. These appointments are subject to a separate financial policy due to the time and resources reserved for the procedure.
