Why I chose Kybella to lose my double chin
Liposuction and being blessed by the Genetic gods are no longer the ways to have a sculpted jawline. With the launch of Kybella, we now can correct the double chin, FOR GOOD!
We often here from many people, “No matter what I do and how good of shape I am in, I can not get rid of the fat underneath my chin, and now with social media, I don’t even like being in photos.”
Even if you’ve never tried Botox or injectable fillers, you can feel comfortable in at La Fontaine Aesthetics, as we are here for you to address what your concerns are. The new and exciting fat killing injectable is called Kybella. Kybella uses deoxycholic acid, an enzyme that our bodies already produce, to break down fat cells.
According to Dr. Robert Anolik, a NYC cosmetic dermatologist who worked with Kybella on their clinical trials, “Within four treatments, more than half of the patients in the trials had a very dramatic visible change, companies often promise things will work but then when they get to teh FDA trials, the resuls don’t prove to be very effective. In this case, the trials were unanimous.”
After an initial consultation to verify you are a good candidate for this treatment, Dr. Oleszek can administer your initial treatment. Afterwards, the chin area will be swollen for a few days which will subside as the treatment starts to activate.
How many treatments will I need?
Each person will be different as our fat beneath the chin area can vary between Women & Men, but on average three to four treatments are done four to six weeks apart. After every round you will start to see a noticeable difference. People may even think you are losing body weight as your jawline starts taking it’s original shape back to a more youthful, sculpted chin. The original model for the kybella trials even gained weight during her treatments but commented that people thought she look more slim.
